VAZA KYC & AML Policy
Last Updated: February 26, 2026
1. Purpose & Commitment
VAZA ("VAZA," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and trustworthy platform.
Although VAZA operates as a social opinion competition platform and not as a gambling, betting, or financial services provider, we recognize our responsibility to prevent misuse of the Platform for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, or other illicit activity.
This Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy outlines the standards, controls, and procedures we use to protect our users, partners, and the integrity of the VAZA ecosystem.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- All VAZA users engaging in financial activity (including deposits, supporting, rewards, and withdrawals).
- All transactions processed through VAZA.
- All regions where VAZA operates.
- All third-party service providers assisting with payment processing, identity verification, or compliance monitoring.
3. Regulatory Position
VAZA is a global opinion marketplace where outcomes are determined internally by community-weighted sentiment.
VAZA:
- Does not offer gambling or betting products.
- Does not facilitate predictive wagering on external events.
- Does not offer securities, financial instruments, or speculative assets.
- Does not operate games of chance or randomized outcomes.
However, because VAZA facilitates monetary participation through entry fees and reward distributions, we maintain compliance safeguards consistent with responsible consumer platform standards and applicable laws.
4. Customer Identification (KYC)
4.1 Identity Verification Requirement
